respond with 1 chirp from the horn and 1 flash from the
hazard lights of the vehicle. The system is now DISARMED.
Enter the vehicle and start the vehicle within 30 seconds.
Remote Control Battery "LOW" Indicator
The LED on the remote control will start flashing while
pressing a button on the remote control when the battery
needs to be replaced. The unit will also respond with 3
chirps from the horn and 1 flash of the hazards after the
normal ARMING (2 chirps from the horn and 2 flashes of the
hazards) or DISARMING (1 chirp from the horn and 1 flash of
the hazards) to indicate that the battery needs to be
replaced. Ensure that a new battery is fitted as soon as
possible. The status LED of the vehicle will flash rapidly
for 30 seconds to indicate that the remote battery needs to
be replaced.
Immobiliser
The immobiliser will ARM automatically within 30 seconds
after the system is DISARMED if the ignition is not turned
ON or the ignition of the vehicle is turned OFF.
The immobiliser LED will flash constantly when the

controls. The alarm protects the vehicle from entry via the
doors, boot or bonnet.
Secret PIN Code and "One" event override
Ensure that you have received your Secret PIN Code card
and that the secret 5-digit code is still covered by a
scratch removable surface. If the PIN code has been
compromised, do not accept the installation that has been
done. The secret code is used to add and remove remote
controls to your system and to start the vehicle in the
event a remote control ceases to function. Utilise the
ignition key and the LED to key in your secret PIN code to
start the vehicle.
1. Procedure for "One" event over-ride
Requires the ignition switch to key in your secret
5-digit code (e.g. 1, 3, 5, 7, 9).
1.1. Vehicle needs to be immobilised (No start)
(LED flashing slowly)
1.2. Turn ignition ON. The LED will turn ON
continuously (Steady) for 2 seconds and then flash 5
times.
1.3. The LED will turn ON continuously (Steady)
for 2 seconds again. During these 2 seconds turn
ignition OFF and count 1 LED flash, then turn
ignition ON (first digit of 1 entered).
1.4. Turn ignition OFF and count 3 LED flashes
again, then turn ignition ON (second digit of 3
entered).
1.5. Turn ignition OFF and count 5 LED flashes
again, then turn ignition ON (third digit of 5
entered).
1.6. Turn ignition OFF and count 7 LED flashes
again, then turn ignition ON (fourth digit of 7
entered).
1.7. Turn ignition OFF and count 9 LED flashes
again, then turn ignition ON (fifth digit of 9
entered).
1.8. Over-ride mode has now been entered, which
is confirmed by 1 chirp of the horn, 1 flash of the
hazards and 5 fast flashes of the LED.
1.9. To start the vehicle turn ignition OFF and
then start vehicle as per normal operation. If no
action is taken within 30 seconds the immobiliser
will ARM and the over-ride procedure will have to be
repeated.
1.10. Replace the numbers 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 in the
example above with your secret numbers when entering
your code.
2. Addition of New remote controls
New remote controls can be added to the system with
the secret 5-digit override code, one of the existing
remote controls and the digits 1 and 4.
2.1. Follow the procedure for "One" event
override, procedures 1.1. to 1.8.
2.2. Over-ride mode has now been entered as in
procedure 1.8 (confirmed by 1 chirp, 1 Flash and 5
fast flashes of the LED).
2.3. Wait with ignition ON, after 5 seconds the
LED will turn ON continuously (Steady) for 2 seconds
and then flash 5 times.
2.4. The LED will turn ON continuously (Steady)
for 2 seconds again. During these 2 seconds turn
ignition OFF and count 1 LED flash, then turn
ignition ON (first digit of 1 entered).
2.5. Turn ignition OFF and count 4 LED flashes
again, then turn ignition ON (second digit of 4
entered).

fast flashes of the LED.
2.8. Press the new remote control to be added.
The system will respond with 3 chirps, 1 Flash and 3
fast flashes of the LED.
2.9. Press the new remote control again to
confirm. The system will respond with 3 chirps, 1
Flash and 3 fast flashes of the LED.
2.10. Turn ignition OFF to confirm the last
setting that was chosen, the system will respond
with 2 chirps, 1 Flash and 2 fast flashes of the
LED.
2.11. If at any stage of the process no action is
taken for more than 10 seconds, then a time-out will
occur and no updates will be done requiring a start
from the beginning. The system will respond with 1
chirp, 1 Flash and 1 flash of the LED.
Ultrasonic
The ultrasonic sensor if fitted, protects the interior of
the vehicle.
When the system is ARMED by remote control the LED will
start flashing at a faster rate and the ultrasonic sensor
will be set within 15 seconds. Any movement within the
vehicle will trigger the alarm.
To isolate the ultrasonic sensor to allow children or
pets to be left in the vehicle but still arming the doors,
press the Red button for 3 seconds when ARMING the system.
The system will respond as normal (2 chirps of the horn and
2 flashes of the hazards) and will then give another 2
chirps and 2 flashes to indicate that the ultrasonic has
been isolated. The LED will now be Steady ON to indicate
that the system is in the ARMED state but that the
ultrasonic is isolated.
Diagnostics
The system has an "intelligent" LED that indicates the
cause of the alarm being triggered.
When the system is DISARMED and before the vehicle is
started, the LED will flash a number of times every 4
seconds to indicate the cause of the alarm being triggered.
1 flash every 4 seconds - triggered by ultrasonic
2 flashes every 4 seconds - triggered by doors
3 flashes every 4 seconds - triggered by ultrasonic and
doors
4 flashes every 4 seconds - triggered by ignition tamper
5 flashes every 4 seconds - triggered by ultrasonic and
ignition tamper
6 flashes every 4 seconds - triggered by doors and
ignition tamper
7 flashes every 4 seconds - triggered by ultrasonic,
doors and ignition tamper
8 flashes every 4 seconds - triggered by auxiliary input
Diagnostics are cleared when ignition is turned ON or the
system is ARMED again.
Panic
Holding down any of the remote control buttons for 6
seconds will activate the panic facility.
The Panic mode causes the hazards to flash and activates
the siren for 25 seconds without any interruption being
possible. Panic mode can be activated inside or outside the
vehicle with the ignition on or off.
